Welcome to MetroCare Mobility LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

MetroCare Mobility LLC provides passenger transportation services only, including private transportation, on-demand rides, scheduled mobility services, airport transportation, and contract or recurring transportation.


We do not provide medical care, emergency services, or medical supervision.

 

2. Eligibility to Use Services

By requesting or using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You are arranging transportation on behalf of an adult passenger
  • You have the legal authority to agree to these terms


3. Booking & Scheduling

  • All transportation requests are subject to availability.
  • Submission of a request does not guarantee service until confirmed by MetroCare Mobility.
  • Accurate pickup and destination information must be provided at the time of booking.

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Clients are encouraged to cancel as early as possible.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time (“no-show”) is non-refundable.


5. Payments

  • Payment terms, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation.
  • Any applicable fees must be paid as agreed.
  • Completed transportation services are non-refundable, except in cases of billing error or service non-delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Conduct themselves respectfully during transportation
  • Follow all safety instructions
  • Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

MetroCare Mobility reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety or compliance reasons.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

MetroCare Mobility is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MetroCare Mobility LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided

9. Independent Contractor Status

Drivers providing services through MetroCare Mobility may operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee relationship.

 

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality
  • Misrepresent information submitted through forms

11. Modifications to Terms

MetroCare Mobility LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
